Major League Motorsports (MLMS)

 



Article II

Major League Motorsports is to show respect and has responsibilities so others can enjoy what you can do. Major League Motorsports shows others that they are great drivers race and drift, respectful towards others, and to bring cheer to what can be done. The mission is to bring fun to any game playable while also bring order within the organization in order to be a great organization. Skill and becoming the best will come in time as Major League Motorsports strive to become close to a perfect organization as possible.

Article IV: Membership

Major League Motorsports has an invitational membership for drivers all over the country that’s bi-lingual. This organization and its members shall not discriminate against any individuals for reasons of race, national origin, color, religion, gender, age, veteran status, sexual orientation, and/or ability status. Membership in this group is invitational only. The criterion potential members must meet is good driving skill, great leaning skill, and ability to follow orders given.



​Article V: Officers
A. President – The President shall have the ability to do anything constitutional and keep the structure of the team. Has the power to regulate all transactions and termination of members.
B. Manger(s) – The leaders of sectors they have been assigned. (General, Sargent, Public Administration, and Prospect)
C. Promotions Officer - The ability to invite people and choose the people who can attend certain MLMS events. They also are head of the promotions department.
D. Lead Web Editor - The Lead Web Editor shall change the websites.



Article VI: Meetings

Regular meetings of the organization shall be held on PS Home. Special meetings of the organization shall be held if a Manager or President decides to call it. Manager must do it with a 24-hour notice as the President can call it at any moment.



Article VII: Amendments

This constitution shall be amended by a vote of majority of the membership at any regular or special meeting. Note: The constitution should not be amended easily or frequently.

By-Laws of Major League Motorsports



Article I: Membership

Invitational Only by President or Manager(s)

Membership responsibilities shall include

Membership shall be terminated if failure to follow by-laws and exceed rights as a member.



Article II: Selection of Officers

The President of Major League Motorsports shall do the selection of officers.

Article III: Selection of Advisor

The President of Major League Motorsports shall do the selection of the advisor.



Article IV: Committees

Board of Directors
All of the officers that come together for agreement(s) on procedures events, etc.



​Photography Team
This group will be responsible of pictures consistently being taken and/or posted for media purposes of Major League Motorsports.

Promotions
They will do their best to assure that the community knows of the events taken place when, and where. They also can establish dates and create events.



DEMS
They are a group of skilled drivers that possess many above average abilities.



Article V: Rules of Order

Major League Motorsports will fall under the MLL (Major League Laws)
